Who is CYFL?

Colorado Youth Football League is a local organization and is affiliated with the Amatuer Athletic Union of the US, Inc. With our partners, sponsors and private donors this is all made possible to serve our student athletes and their families, coaches/staff and community. We strive to be the best in what we do and thrive because of the quality of  individuals that is associated with our league.

We invite you to participate in our league and enjoy the benefits and added value we provide. Our exceptional athletes are the result of the hard work, dedication and commitment we have to them. Also the national and local opportunities provided through our league to the athletes is what gets them to the next level.

What do we do best?

National and Local League play for football, National Combine training and testing, Sports Clinics, Education Programs, Community Service, Parent Support, Coaches Training with Incentives and so much more.

How do I Signup for CYFL?

Student Athletes are from the Metro area Elementary & Middle School ages. You are able to participate in all of our leagues, tournaments, trainings, clinics, workshops and much more. When you signup for CYFL you are able to have exclusive opportunities afforded to our league participants only. 

Parents of Student Athletes we need you to be involved as much as you can be. We provide sports education to our parents, ie understand NCAA, grades and the athlete and how to support your athlete. We have team, league volunteer opportunities and team parent positions throughout the season. We would love to have your help. 

Coaches/Trainers are always welcomed. We know that with you all things are possible. The volunteer service that is given to our student athletes, parents and community is the best of the best. We have positions open for each sport and in various areas. There is certified training provided. We do background checks and an application process to insure the best work with our student athletes. Some of our coaches have highschool and collegiate experience as well as professional sports in the various sports. Please contact us and apply prior to the season of the sport. The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), established in 1880, is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer based sports organizations in the United States.  A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
 
 
Why Should I Join AAU?

The AAU is proud to have some of the best young athletes in the country competing in all of our 30+ sports.  Former AAU athletes are now in the NBA, NFL, WNBA, MLB, as well as many Olympians.  The very best play here.
 
Places To Play
 
The AAU believes that our events should be hosted at the best facilities.  That is why we are partnered with Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex the premier multi-sport facility in the United States. 
 
 
Events
 
As a member of the AAU you will have the opportunity to compete in Local Invitational Tournaments, Local Leagues, Sports Festivals, District Championships, Super Regionals, Showcase Events and National Championships, including the AAU Junior Olympic Games.  Whether you want to play close to home, or play across the country, the AAU can make it happen.
 
National Exposure
 
As an AAU athlete you will have the opportunity to gain national exposure and compete against the best athletes in the country.  AAU events are broadcast in front local, regional and national audiences on networks such as ESPN, local broadcast networks and webcasts.
 
Insurance
 
Your AAU Membership comes with the benefit of secondary sports accident insurance in the event you are injured while competing or participating.  We are proud to boast the most comprehensive insurance coverage in the country.  If you have any questions or want more details,  please contact your local AAU representative.
